This is an Adapter of Hand guard which can be removed if you gap a little.
It's easy to lose, so it's nice to have it as a repair item, but it's a bit pricey….
Quantity:1 Set of 2pcs. and when you lose it, it's usually one of them, so it's safe to keep the other one in your luggage as a spare.
If the Adapter becomes rickety, it will wobble no matter how hard you tighten it, so regular replacement is also recommended.

I bought it for the Hand guard installation of the same brand.
It is precise, tight, and firmly fastened.
The mounting bolts are also strong enough to prevent licking even when tightened down.
If this is a product that uses an inferior Bolt, the last thing you want to do is put it on and not remove it.... This is an important point because it can happen.
