I bought it for the xs650 bobber project. I liked the retro style. The bobber style makes my bike look great. It works fine, no problems. I used a different bracket that I thought fit better. Be sure to look closely at the image to determine if the included support will work for you.The shell is chrome plated metal.The chrome plating is really high quality, easy installation,I know what all of the wires do because I have a wiring schematic and the plugs are identical in configuration to accept the H4 bulb.I thought about replacing it with an LED bulb, but it doesn't quite fit the bobber philosophy. It's not like cheap Chinese goods, it's really high quality, I definitely recommend it.
