HONDA CBR900RR Fireblade

There was an issue with the ignition barrel on this bike and snapped the key in the process. After a lot of pushing and pulling the key decided to snap, my bad. So I did not have to go and buy a totally new set of locks, I had an old set hanging around and decided I would get the lock set cut with a new key, this is where the new blank key comes in. I could have just got some random generic key but as this is an essential part that needs to work every time, I went for the genuine Honda one. The part number was not particularly hard to find and Webike had these available. Win, win. The price was very reasonable and better than could have sourced locally so I just added 2 to the basket to keep as a spare. There were a few other parts in my order and all were shipped with EMS and arrived in 5 days. All my parts were received in perfect condition. The key even came in a small Honda bag which was a nice touch. The key has a really good and solid feel to it. Although it is a blank, the edges are smooth as you would expect. These were other part that was for a CBR900RR I got in from a customer. This time it is the front brake pads for the bike as the old ones were well beyond their usage. I did change the rear pads on this service too as they were not the best shape. Usually on these bigger bikes, the front need changing twice as often as the rear anyway but the rear was not changed last service, so it was time. Finding the right ones was easy but checking on EBC's own website pulled up the right ones. Luckily, they had a set in their warehouse and so added to my order. EMS shipped my order and all arrived in perfect condition in 5 days from being shipped. Everything was well padded out in the box so there was no damage. These pads are EBC so I know these are cracking pads for this bike. Plus, the pads do last quite a while, probably longer than these should have as the customer clearly prefers the front brake to the rear. The pad material is even and looks pretty tasty for this big bike. Perhaps not as smoothly sintered as I have previously had but they do have some heavy compound in them. Needed some new seal as the previous one was a little bad. The part was easy to find using the schematics from links Webike provide to Honda. The price the seals were very reasonable and slightly cheaper than my local Honda dealer could give me. Unfortunately, some of the other parts I needed they did not have stock so ordered directly from Webike. The shipping was really good as I had a few other items in the same order. I used EMS this time as the Fedex Express was more cost for some reason. Anyway, all the items in my order were delivered within a week and all items were perfectly packaged. Any spare space in the box was filled with extra padding. This came in the standard Honda packet as seen. The seal looks really good from the packet. Not too stiff but not too flexible like some aftermarket seals. Fitted pretty quickly but a can get a bit fiddly. All in all, I am very happy with the purchase and can rest easy that the seals will hold for a good time and keep debris from entering the bearing. Thank you Webike, one happy customerView Detail

This old girl came in for a service and new parts all around. The air filter was definitely in need of a change and we opted for the Hi Flo filter as they are just as good as the OEM but at a fraction of the price. The cost was a lot better than could be sourced locally too. I had 2 other parts in my order and got them shipped using EMS. They order arrived promptly and in 5 days. The air filter came in the Hi Fko box and arrived undamaged. It is a great looking air filter and all the pleats are even adn precise. The outer plastic rim is exact to size and fitted perfectly. I have used Hi Flo for a long time and have not had any problems with either fitment or quality. Straight forward for fitting and too a little under an hour to complete this section of the service.
